How do I personalize my product?
- You can personalize your Night Light by picking a design option, then adding the name and date if desired.
- Please review your order carefully before submission. If you need to make any changes, contact us within 12 hrs after placing your order. After 12hrs when production has began, orders can not be cancelled or changed.
Do you offer international shipping?
- No, unfortunately at the moment we are only shipping to the United States and Canada. We are working on shipping Internationally in the near future. Sign up if you would like to be notified when we start shipping worldwide.
What is your return and refund policy?
- For custom items, we unfortunately do not offer returns due to the custom nature of our products. In the rare case, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you must send in a picture or video evidence before we can offer a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my personalized night light?
To care for your night light, avoid from direct sunlight. Use a microfibre cloth and water to clean the acrylic sheet.
Are batteries included with the night lights?
- Our night lights are primarily USB-powered and do not require batteries.
Can I write in languages other than English for personalization?
- Currently, we only accept personalization in English. We are looking into expanding our language options in the future.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier’s website.
