How do I personalize a night light?
- You can personalize your child's night light by adding the name and date if desired, then pick the engraving or design option that resonates with your little one, and Personalize it / Add to Cart. Repeat the process for more than one personalized night light.
- Please review your order carefully before submission. If you need to make any changes, contact us within 12 hrs after placing your order. After 12hrs when production has began, orders can not be cancelled or changed.
Do you offer international shipping?
- No, at the moment we are only shipping to the United States and Canada. We are working on shipping Internationally in the near future. Sign up for our emails if you would like to be notified when we start shipping worldwide.
What is your return and refund policy?
- We do not offer returns due to the custom nature of our products. In the rare case, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you may send in a picture or video evidence before we can offer a replacement or refund. Refer to our return and refund policy
How do I care for my personalized night light?
- To care for your night light, take out the acrylic sheet from the wooden base and use a microfibre cloth and water to clean it.
- Our night lights are primarily USB-powered and do not require batteries.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.
