We take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our personalized products. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and let us know why. Due to the nature of our products, we may offer a partial refund within after 30 days of receiving your item. Items will be sent back first in order before a refund is issued.
Personalized products are made-to-order based on each customer's specifications. Once an order is placed, you may contact us within 12 hours to make changes.Â
After 12 hours, once production has begun, orders can not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded.Â
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (including spelling, dates, and design choices) are correct at the time of order. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before submission.Â
- In the rare case, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as requested by the customer.
Exceptions:
- The only exception to this policy is if custom table lamps have made an error significantly different from the customer’s order specifications.
